WELCOME HOME....THE MPC 2000XL

So I am known locally amongst certain circles for being a nice producer. I have a unique way of making music that is specific to me. Think...Swizz beats sampling his own melodies into an mpc. My method works for me and people cant figure out how i do what i do. I love that. Well this friday I am purchasing an AKAI MPC 2000XL. I am no stranger to this machine for I have owned one in the past. I lost it due to shady people. At any rate, I'm excited to get this piece of equipment. It's time for me to start using more keyboards and new sounds and this is the key to controlling all of it. Friday is christmas for me right now.

SPRINT INSTINCT

So in my never ending quest to have the hottest cell phone on the market, i picked up the instinct on monday. I already have the blackberry 8830 world edition as my business phone, but I wanted a high-end phone for my personal line. I chose this phone because i figured i need a touch screen. I was actually pretty shocked when i realized how fun this phone really is. I don't get into the iphone war like everybody else. i dont have AT&T so this was not an option for me. Sprint did a good job in my opinion. There is always room for improvement but for right now your boy Tech Supreme is quite happy with my personal phone.

I'M A HIP-HOP JUNKIE

Okay so last night, the good folks at Scion threw another banger of a show. The acts were Nice N Smooth and Black Sheep. Lets jump right in shall we? Nice N Smooth murdered it. Smooth B was calm and collected while Greg Nice was everywhere. He worked the crowd like a mad man. At one point I dont know where he went, I could just hear his voice. An amazing show to say the least. And yes I am a Hip-Hop Junkie. Unfortunately the "headliner" was Black Sheep. Not a whole lot of energy at all from Dres. To say the least his set was wack and he insisted on doing new material. Not a good look when people came to hear your classics. No Strobelight Honey? What type of non-effort fuckery is that? At any rate it was a cool vibe, beautiful women, and a free ass show. Good shit Scion. I'm still never gonna buy one, but whatever.

Don Imus does not like Black People

Dude does not like black people. Simple as that. It doesnt surprise me. I would really respect him more if he said the comments, and then be like 'hells yeah i said it. and what?!?'. The fuckery comes when he completely back tracks even though everything he says is on the record. The new foot in mouth is his comments on PacMan Jones. Read on..............

COUNTDOWN TO OVERDOSE

I wont front, ever since I heard her music I have been a fan. I mean she is a talent to be reckoned with. Unfortunately, her drug abuse is not just a topic of some of her records. It is only a matter of time before its memorial T-Shirt time. That is if she doesnt get her act together. I would never wish that upon anyone but if you follow her career, then you are witnessing what they call a "trainwreck" in the making. Somebody in her circle needs to force her to go to rehab. Fuck that 'no, no, no!' bullshit. Just my thoughts....I could be wrong...I've been wrong before.
